{…} After meeting with Tony Soda, I knew I was working with a customer focused contractor. We renovated the kitchen, living room, and with renovation creep, the hallway as well. Were you comfortable with the way the company communicated with you? They were very proactive and excellent listeners. Did they take your concerns to heart? Absolutely.[…] We worked through all the bumps of a 50 year old home with a few home owner issues that were challenging. They came through with very innovative professional solutions that were also cost effective, and corrected old issues very professionally. They were very upfront and accurate about their pricing, and stood by it. Was the workplace tidy, organized and safe? Always. Did the company respect your home and property? Without exception. Was the job completed on time and budget? With unexpected issues, a new budget and timeline were established, and they fulfilled this. So, Yes. Were issues communicated honestly and openly? Proactively, with options. Would you recommend the company to family and friends? In a heart beat. Is there anything that you would add in regards to your experience? It is a pleasure to deal with a company that is professional, and cares about their client, it was exemplified by all of their personnel. Their crew was a pleasure to work with. I would absolutely do it again with them.

Tony and his team did a fantastic job renovating our basement. We had a flood in early January 2020 and needed our basement re-done. Tony came out and gave us a quote. Tony was honest, responsive and provided us with details with regards to the scope of the project. Due to COVID-19 we had 1 income so had a very strict budget. Tony kept his promise and kept within our budget while delivering quality work.

Tony’s team was amazing! Luke, Andrew and Chris were very respectful, friendly and willing to answer any questions or concerns we had. The three of them took pride in the quality of their work and it showed. We now have a basement space way better than it was and on budget.

We have some other work that needs doing and we will be using SodaPop Construction again. These were the best contractors we have ever used. I 100% recommend them.

We contracted SodaPop Construction for an extensive home renovation in the Winter of 2020. Right off the start we really liked SodaPop and their staff. They did not have a single employee in our home that wasn't friendly, approachable and competent, with a special shout out to Luke and Tony who were both fantastic. Our renovation was complicated by the effects of COVID, but SodaPop always kept us updated on what was going on and where delays were occurring. They worked hard to keep the project on track, pressuring vendors where possible or finding alternatives. We never felt out of the loop, or ignored. I am not sure we could have felt more involved, it always felt that they were working hard for us and putting us first. It was a fantastic experience and we will definitely be going back anytime we need any contracting work done!

Tony and his team are amazing. Beautiful work, entire team is courteous, clean, and perfectionist. This is our first time doing renovations to our home and they made it so easy for us. We are already saving up for our next project with them. Any concerns or questions we ever had, he was quick to help and answer. Thank you, now we have a beautiful kitchen and master bath.

This is our second renovation project with SodaPop Construction involving our master bedroom, ensuite, walk-in closet and guest bathroom. Tony and his crew, with extra kudos to Luke, were all professional, providing high quality work. Tony kept me apprised of all stages of the project (so no surprises) and the renovation was done within noted time frame. We are VERY pleased with the outcome and thank Tony and his crew for turning our home into a dream home. Already starting to plan our third renovation project with them.

SodaPop Construction refinished my basement for me and I couldn't be happier with the result. The basement looks fantastic, it's a great place for our family to spend time together.

The stair case was a tight squeeze for furniture and they made sure I was able to get everything I ordered into the basement, even though it meant taking a wall out for a few days.

The crew was responsive and friendly, always showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. They worked hard and it showed in their craftsmanship. They were very friendly to my children and my dog and even helped me retrieve a lost hamster!

I recommend Soda Pop construction for any jobs you're looking to get done around the house. You'll be very pleased with the result.

We had two washrooms fully gutted and renovated at the same time, and were thrilled with the fantastic service and results from design to construction. All aspects were handled professionally and without worry. Highly recommend.

I [recently] had two bathrooms gutted and re-modeled by SodaPop Corp. The work is exceptional. I would not change a single thing. Everyone who sees the finished product is totally blown away with the results. The staff who worked in my home were so professional and courteous. It didn't matter if it was a labourer, sub-contractor, or finisher, I had no problem having them in my home if I wasn’t there. Highly recommend the company. As Luke said, it's all in the details.

Just wanted to send a quick email to say the guys here have been doing a phenomenal job. They have been working very efficiently, but also, with much attention to keeping the home clean as much as possible, and being thoughtful and mindful about our living space and preferences. We really appreciate it.

We renovated our sunken living room. And [SodaPop Construction] did a fantastic job! The crew and workmanship was top notch. We have always found the whole group (SodaPop Design and SodaPop Construction) to be very professional. This was our second project with SodaPop, we have had them design and build a ground floor renovation including our kitchen which was also amazing. We have nothing but good things to say about the Soda Crew.

The SodaPop Construction crew did a phenomenal job with our main floor renovation. We were initially quite nervous about starting a renovation, but it was easy to put our confidence and trust in Victoria and Luke and their team. They had a sharp eye for detail, did not settle for mediocrity, and did a great job at keeping things tidy and neat for us; they treated our home like it was their own. SPC was always available and patient to answer our questions, and made sure we were kept in the loop every step of the way. We had an unexpected leak in our upstairs bathroom (independent of the main floor reno), but SPC was quick to help us resolve and fix the problem. One of the fun bonuses to SPC is that you can see how much joy and passion they put into their work; rarely would you find people working hard, laughing and singing, all at the same time! 😊 We love the way things have turned out, and often still cannot believe that the renovated space is our home! Thank you!
