SodaPop Construction is a family-owned general contractor based in Stouffville, serving homeowners across the Greater Toronto Area. We bring personal attention, experienced site management, and trusted trades to major renovations and home additions.
Our Story
SodaPop Construction grew from a family collaboration. Tony and Ida Soda had spent years renovating and improving their own home, while their daughter Cynthia was building her interior design practice through Soda Pop Design Inc. They saw an opportunity to bring the construction side to projects shaped by thoughtful design, and founded SodaPop Construction in 2017.
Tony brought his passion for building and attention to detail to the work. Together, Tony and Ida established a company grounded in care for both the finished space and the people living in it. That family foundation continues to guide SodaPop following Tony’s passing in 2021.
Today, SodaPop operates as a general contractor for major renovations, additions, and residential construction projects. Ida remains the owner and supports the business behind the scenes. Victoria leads client communication and project coordination, working with site project managers and a carefully selected network of specialized trades to bring each project together.
We continue to collaborate with Cynthia and Soda Pop Design Inc. when clients want dedicated interior design support, and we are equally comfortable working with a client’s own architect or designer.

Victoria joined SodaPop in 2021, helping carry the family business forward following her father Tony’s passing.
Today, she brings together the client communication, trade pricing, procurement, and project coordination that support each build. Working closely with the site project managers, Victoria helps homeowners understand their options, make informed decisions, and stay connected to the progress of their project.

Every construction project calls for a different mix of expertise. As the general contractor, SodaPop brings together experienced site project managers and a carefully selected network of specialized trades suited to the work.
Our site project managers guide the technical work on site and coordinate the day-to-day construction sequence. Skilled trade partners carry out the specialized work, from structural and mechanical stages through to the finishes. SodaPop oversees how those pieces come together, keeping the project scope, schedule, pricing, and communication aligned.
